World on brink as Trump orders new nuke tests

Donald Trump has ordered his military to resume testing of nuclear weapons after a gap of over 30 years in response to Russian and Chinese provocations. Vladimir Putin, in particular, has turned up the nuclear rhetoric in recent months, with Kremlin spokespeople regularly threatening to unleash atomic armageddon. This has to be a worrying trend and where does it end? We seem to be back to the 60's Cold War of old. Views on a postcard please...
